From Indianapolis and Fort Wayne to Evansville and the Ohio River, Salute Veterans Inc. accepts any titled vehicle from Indiana residents — running or not — with free statewide pickup.
Indiana supports a veteran community of roughly 330,000. Naval Surface Warfare Center Crane in south-central Indiana — one of the Navy's largest land bases and a major weapons and electronics research center — is the state's primary active-duty installation, while Grissom Air Reserve Base near Peru anchors Air Force reserve operations. Indianapolis is the state capital and sits at the center of the state.
Free vehicle pickup is available throughout Indiana — from Indianapolis and the metro area north to Fort Wayne and South Bend, west to Lafayette, and south through Bloomington to Evansville and the Ohio River. VeteransDonations.org accepts any titled vehicle: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, jet skis. Whether the vehicle is parked in a Carmel driveway or sitting on an Amish-country farm, we coordinate the right transport at no cost.
Indiana vehicle title transfers go through the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). After pickup, you'll follow the state's standard sold-notice process to release liability — Indiana's myBMV online portal handles the filing electronically, and we'll point you to it at scheduling. The donation is tax-deductible to Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. To start, call 1-888-324-2772 or use the donation form on this page.
Free pickup · Tax receipt · Supports veterans
Indiana sits at the crossroads of American commerce, which shapes its donation mix. RVs and motorhomes from the Elkhart manufacturing heartland come through in higher volume than in most states. Semi-trucks and 18-wheel tractor-trailers from freight corridors along I-70, I-65, and I-80/90, tractors and farm equipment from the corn and soybean country, and classic cars from Indianapolis and northern Indiana collectors are all common. Pickups, motorcycles, and boats round out the range. Every donation is tax-deductible to Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit; free statewide pickup.
We accept more than cars. Choose a vehicle type below to learn more and start your donation.
