From Wichita and Topeka to Kansas City and the western plains, Salute Veterans Inc. accepts any titled vehicle from Kansas residents — running or not — with free statewide pickup.
Kansas has approximately 150,000 veterans across the state. Fort Riley in Junction City — home of the 1st Infantry Division, known as the Big Red One — is a major Army installation, while Fort Leavenworth serves as the home of the Army's Command and General Staff College, and McConnell Air Force Base outside Wichita anchors air refueling operations. Topeka is the state capital.
Free vehicle pickup is available throughout Kansas — from the Kansas City metro and Lawrence west through Topeka and Manhattan to Salina, south through Wichita, and out to the western plains. VeteransDonations.org accepts any titled vehicle: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, ATVs. Whether the vehicle is parked in an Overland Park driveway or sitting on a rural Kansas farm, we coordinate transport at no cost.
Kansas vehicle title transfers go through the Kansas Department of Revenue's Division of Vehicles, with much of the actual processing handled at county treasurer's offices. After pickup, you'll follow Kansas's standard notice-of-transfer process to release liability, and we'll guide you to the right step at scheduling. The donation is tax-deductible to Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. To start, call 1-888-324-2772 or use the donation form on this page.
Free pickup · Tax receipt · Supports veterans
Kansas donations often mean wheat and cattle country — tractors, combines, farm equipment, and stock trailers from operations across the state. Add pickups from ranches, semi-trucks from freight and ag hauling, and small aircraft from the aviation manufacturing region around Wichita, and the range broadens. Classic cars, motorcycles, boats, and RVs come in from urban and suburban donors. Every donation supports Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, with free pickup coordinated across the state — from Kansas City and Topeka through Wichita, Garden City, and beyond.
We accept more than cars. Choose a vehicle type below to learn more and start your donation.
