Massachusetts has approximately 245,000 veterans across the Commonwealth. Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford manages Air Force command, control, communications, and intelligence acquisition programs, while Joint Base Cape Cod combines Coast Guard, Army National Guard, Air National Guard, and Massachusetts Maritime Academy operations on the upper Cape. Boston is the state capital.
Free vehicle pickup is available throughout Massachusetts — from Boston and the metro area west through Worcester to Springfield and the Berkshires, north through the Merrimack Valley, and south to Cape Cod and the Islands. VeteransDonations.org accepts any titled vehicle: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, jet skis. Whether the vehicle is parked in a Brookline driveway or sitting at a Cape Cod boat ramp, we coordinate the right transport at no cost.
Massachusetts vehicle title transfers go through the Massachusetts Registry of Motor Vehicles (RMV). After pickup, you'll follow the state's standard transfer-of-ownership process to release liability — the RMV provides the appropriate form and we'll point you to it at scheduling. Massachusetts donations tap into the state's established New England collector base and coastal character. Classic and antique cars from Boston, the Berkshires, and Cape Cod garages, boats from the coast between Cape Ann and Falmouth, and motorcycles from riders statewide are common. Pickups, RVs, and utility trailers round out the everyday mix; tractors and farm equipment come in from western Massachusetts.
