From Omaha and Lincoln to Grand Island and the panhandle, Salute Veterans Inc. accepts any titled vehicle from Nebraska residents — running or not — with free statewide pickup.
Nebraska has approximately 100,000 veterans. Offutt Air Force Base just south of Omaha is the headquarters of U.S. Strategic Command — the unified combatant command responsible for the nation's strategic nuclear forces and global strike capabilities — and one of the most strategically significant installations in the country. Lincoln is the state capital.
Free vehicle pickup is available throughout Nebraska — from the Omaha metro south through Lincoln to the Kansas border, west across the central plains to Grand Island and North Platte, and out to Scottsbluff and the panhandle. VeteransDonations.org accepts any titled vehicle: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, ATVs. Whether the vehicle is parked in a Lincoln driveway or sitting on a Sandhills ranch, we arrange the right transport at no cost.
Nebraska vehicle title transfers go through the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles. After pickup, you'll follow Nebraska's standard transfer-of-ownership process to release liability — the DMV provides the appropriate form and we'll guide you to the right step at scheduling. The donation is tax-deductible to Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. To start, call 1-888-324-2772 or use the donation form on this page.
Free pickup · Tax receipt · Supports veterans
Nebraska donations come heavily from farm and ranch country — tractors, combines, farm equipment, utility trailers, and grain hauling trailers from operations across the state, along with pickups from farm, town, and city. Semi-trucks and 18-wheel tractor-trailers come in from I-80 freight corridors and ag hauling operations. Classic cars, motorcycles, boats, and RVs from Omaha and Lincoln add to the everyday range. Free pickup runs from Scottsbluff through Sioux City and every county in between. Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
We accept more than cars. Choose a vehicle type below to learn more and start your donation.
