From Charleston and Columbia to Greenville and Myrtle Beach, Salute Veterans Inc. accepts any titled vehicle from South Carolina residents — running or not — with free statewide pickup.
South Carolina supports a veteran community of approximately 345,000. Fort Jackson in Columbia is the Army's largest basic training installation, while Joint Base Charleston combines Air Force airlift and Navy weapons operations near the coast and Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island in Beaufort County handles East Coast Marine basic training. Shaw Air Force Base near Sumter anchors additional Air Force operations. Columbia is the state capital.
Free vehicle pickup is available throughout South Carolina — from Charleston and the Lowcountry north through Columbia, west to Greenville and the Upstate, and along the Grand Strand from Myrtle Beach to Pawleys Island. VeteransDonations.org accepts any titled vehicle: cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, RVs, jet skis. Whether the vehicle is parked in a Mount Pleasant driveway or sitting at a Lake Murray dock, we coordinate the right transport at no cost.
South Carolina vehicle title transfers go through the South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. After pickup, you'll follow the state's standard transfer-of-ownership process to release liability — the SCDMV provides the appropriate form and we'll guide you to the right step at scheduling. The donation is tax-deductible to Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. To start, call 1-888-324-2772 or use the donation form on this page.
