Salute Veterans Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit, accepts utility, cargo, flatbed, gooseneck, dump, equipment, and specialty trailers of nearly every type and condition. Free pickup and towing, an IRS tax acknowledgment, and net proceeds that fund programs serving U.S. veterans nationwide.
Our donation line supports Salute Veterans Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
TrailerDonations.org is now part of VeteransDonations.org, and the process here is built around how trailers actually move. Most trailers are towed directly from where they sit — a driveway, a farm, a storage lot, or a backyard — so pickup is coordinated to your trailer's size, hitch type, and road-worthiness. Utility trailers, enclosed cargo trailers, flatbeds, goosenecks, dump trailers, and equipment trailers are all workable, whether the running gear is road-ready or needs attention.
Net proceeds fund Salute Veterans Inc.'s veteran employment programs, transition resources, and the free national directory at VeteransDirectory.org — a resource that helps veterans find the services they've earned.

The process is built for trailers from first contact through the tax acknowledgment. Pickup, towing, paperwork, and title assistance are handled on our end.
Call to donate a vehicle at 1-888-324-2772 or complete the form with the trailer type, approximate size, condition, and location. Most donations are accepted on the first call, and title assistance is available where needed.
Pickup and towing are coordinated to your trailer's size, hitch, and road-worthiness. Collection is available anywhere in the United States at no cost to you — including trailers in a driveway, farm, or storage lot.
After the trailer sells at auction, your IRS tax acknowledgment arrives — showing the gross sale price, sale date, and Salute Veterans Inc.'s 501(c)(3) certification.
Trailers across every category — utility and landscape trailers, enclosed cargo trailers, flatbeds and deck-overs, goosenecks, dump trailers, equipment trailers, car haulers, and livestock, horse, and boat trailers. Commercial semi-trailers — dry vans, reefers, and commercial flatbeds — are also accepted; on a tractor-trailer combination, the semi-trailer is donated here while the tractor unit is handled on our Truck program. Road-worthy or in need of running-gear work, single-axle to multi-axle. (Travel trailers and campers are handled by our RVs & Motorhomes program.)

Trailer donations are simple to complete and put an unused asset to work for veterans. Here is what sets the program apart.
Your donation supports Salute Veterans Inc., a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit under Tax ID 84-2016237. Every acknowledgment is IRS-compliant and fully documented.
Trailers are towed directly from where they sit — driveway, farm, or storage lot. Pickup is coordinated to the trailer's size, hitch, and road-worthiness at no cost to you.
Trailers with worn tires, surface rust, or running gear that needs attention are all workable. Condition is rarely a disqualifier — the trailer resale market absorbs equipment across the full spectrum.
Missing paperwork is common on older trailers. We can guide you through duplicate title, bonded title, or bill-of-sale paths that vary by state before pickup is scheduled.
The receiving charity prepares the appropriate IRS acknowledgment for your donation. See the tax deduction rules for what applies to titled and non-titled trailers.
Net proceeds — after transport and auction costs — support Salute Veterans Inc.'s veteran employment programs, transition resources, and the free national directory at VeteransDirectory.org.
